
ABOUT ATMP
ATMP aims to bring seasoned and emerging artists together to work on stories that need to be told. Feature film SLANT is ATMP's most ambitious project to date. A darkly comic thriller set in 1999, that follows a career-crazed journalist as he dredges up the sordid secrets of an infamous socialite after her mysterious disappearance. AMTP is currently in development on three Australian feature films.
MONIQUE FISHER
FOUNDER/ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Monique is a film and theatre maker from Melbourne, Australia. Monique established Around the Moon Productions in 2019 to produce a sold out and acclaimed season of Oscar-winning writer Kenneth Lonergan’s theatre production LOBBY HERO at Forty-Five Downstairs, Melbourne Australia. After the success of Lobby Hero, Monique moved into screen, debuting with thriller feature film SLANT (2023) starring Sigrid Thornton, Elle Mandalis and Pia Miranda (available on SBS on Demand, Apple TV and Amazon Prime). Slant premiered at Monster Fest 2022 and took home the best Australian Feature Award and was theatrically released across Australia thereafter. Followed by short film LACERATE (2022) starring Robyn Nevin and Eloise Mignon (selected for FlickerFest 2024, Ariano International Film Festival 2024) and horror feature film ROTTEN directed by Phoenix Raei (currently in post production). Other experience includes second assistant directing THE ROOSTER (2023) starring Hugo Weaving and Phoenix Raei. Monique’s acting credits include series NEIGHBOURS (Working Dog), DEAD GORGEOUS (BBC) and features THE LATCHER (James Hunter) and TIM WINTON’S THE TURNING (Arena Media). Monique loves sinking her teeth into performance driven thrillers and dramas. Monique is currently being mentored by senior screen executive Sally Caplan through the Screen Australia and Women in Film and Television program.
